With temperatures heating up and more and more sunshine peaking out everyday, it’s time kick Winter to the curb and say ‘hello’ to Spring! For this year’s Spring decor, I decided to start with a sweet and simple Spring tablescape. My Mom has a lovely collection of milk glass vases that I knew that I wanted to build the look around. She was so sweet to let me borrow them for this look. If you’re looking to build a collection for yourself, antique shops, thrift stores and flea markets are a great place to start.
Items Used
Check out the decor links below to recreate this Spring tablescape and dining room look.
Lavender Foxtail Bush | Blue Lavender Bush | Galvanized Metal Plate Chargers | Purple Glass Vase | Gather Script Sign
Aqua Gingham Placemat | Wooden Turntable | Chalkboard Paddle | Vintage Metal Scale | Wood and Glass Pie Sign
When I took a trip to Hobby Lobby a few weeks ago, I was so inspired by all the beautiful lavender stems in the floral section. This is usually pretty far outside my comfort zone since I’m normally a girl who sticks to just neutrals in our home. Yet, I felt so drawn to the pretty purple that I knew I wanted to incorporate some color into our spring tablescape decor. I figure nothing says spring like a pop of color!
I also styled my pipe shelves with aqua and galvanized metals to tie into each place setting. In case you missed my previous post, here’s how you can build your own pipe shelves. Such an easy DIY and they instantly transform any space. Would be perfect for a bathroom or even open shelving in a kitchen.
So there’s just the start of my Spring decor! Have you started decorating for Spring yet? What are your favorite spring trends so far? How will you create your Spring tablescape?
