Hi friends! I want to share with you the most special room in our home… Kinley’s nursery. When I found out we were having a girl, I knew the nursery theme would be floral farmhouse with touches of blush and gold.
The very first project that we took on for this room was installing a shiplap accent wall for behind the crib. So with the help of my husband’s uncle, we were able to knock out this project in one day. We ended up painting the shiplap to match the trim color which is Benjamin Moore White Dove and the rest of the room is a light greige color, Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter. Since the walls are very neutral, I knew all the pops of color would come from the decor.
Next up, we selected this crib in the color, Cloud. Since then, the color has been discontinued in this specific style, but I’ve found one that’s very similar here in Cloud. We loved how this convertible crib will accommodate our growing girl. It converts to a toddler bed, day bed and full-size bed.
For the dresser, we decided to re-purpose my own childhood dresser for her room. We painted it a very light pink color to incorporate a pop of color and changed out the knobs for these gold/marble ones.
I went back and forth if a changing table was absolutely necessary. I’m so happy we got one. Not only do we use it for changes, but it provides us with a great deal of storage for the nursery. Here’s the changing table we selected. It’s functional and comes in a number of colors. I also love this changing pad cover, because it’s so soft and cozy.
Once we had that decided, we were able to shop for all the decorative items. This was the best part obviously!
The “And so the adventure begins…” sign was one of my first purchases when I found out I was pregnant. I just love it! I got it from the sweetest sign vendor at Urban Farmgirl’s Main Street Market in Rockford, Illinois. I also loved these Wall Flowers, for the floral farmhouse theme. The rest of the gallery wall items can be found at Hobby Lobby. A child’s room isn’t complete without a piggy bank to start up a college savings fund. 🙂

I know this post is long overdue! #NewbornLife But if there are any questions you have on any of the products/items used to create this floral farmhouse nursery look I would be happy to answer. It was so fun putting together this beautiful space, and it has quickly become my absolute favorite room in our home.
